  • We service all makes and models. This makes us the best choice for anyone from Residential to Commercial. We offer maintenance contracts that makes maintaining your equipment affordable and effortless. All residential contracts are setup with 2 visits per year. Once in the spring and once in the fall. Contract customers receive a 10% discount on all parts and have priority over non contract customers.

     

    Here is a comprehensive list of the checks that are done on a maintenance visit.

           Spring Check:

    1. Chemically clean the outdoor coil.
    2. Inspect all electrical connections and tighten as needed.
    3. Inspect contactor for compressor and fan.
    4. Test compressor and fan operation.
    5. Test the capacitor.
    6. Check refrigerant levels.
    7. Clean condensate drain on indoor unit.
    8. Check indoor coil for any dirt or debris.
    9. Check indoor fan operation. 
    10. Test thermostat operation.
    11. Replace air filter/s.

     

          Fall Check:

    1. Inspect Flue pipe (for units with gas heat).
    2. Inspect heat exchanger (for units with gas heat).
    3. Test all safety devices.
    4. Test gas valve operation (for units with gas heat).
    5. Clean spark igniter (for units with gas heat).
    6. Clean flame sensor (for units with gas heat).
    7. Check combustion fan operation (for units with gas heat).
    8. Check all electrical connections.
    9. Test electric strip heat (for heat pump units).
    10. Test reversing valve operation (for heat pump units).
    11. Check compressor and condenser fan operation (for heat pump units).
    12. Check indoor fan operation.
    13. Replace air filter/s.
