With accounts at all the major distributors we have access to factory OEM parts to repair your unit and keep it running like it just left the factory. With knowledge of all the new codes, regulations, and modern practices you can be confident that your unit is in the best of hands.

     

     Not only are we the best choice because of our work ethic and desire to take care of our customers, we are also the lowest price company in the area. We will never charge a diagnostic fee. Some companies charge you to tell you what is wrong then charge you again to fix it. If you are within 20 miles of our shop you will not be charged a trip charge either. Our hourly rate is $75 an hour. If we  find the problem and fix it with in the first hour then all you will pay is the $75 plus the part. It's as simple as that. You shouldn't have to spend a fortune to have Heating and Air in your house or place of business.
